    At Navigate Stays, we offer Property Protection* to give you peace of mind. Our plan covers up to $5,000 per stay, with a $1,000 limit per item, protecting your property against damage caused by guests when other parties like Airbnb don't cover it. This plan also includes coverage for labor and materials required for replacing or repairing damaged items. While not insurance, our Property Protection ensures that you’re safeguarded against unexpected damages, allowing you to focus on what matters most—maximizing your property’s potential.

    Navigate Stays operates on a transparent, all-inclusive pricing model. Our 10% management fee covers the full spectrum of services required to manage your property effectively.

  • What is the contract commitment?

    We have a 90-day commitment term. This means that from the date you notify us the 90-day begins.

  • What's the onboarding process like?

    To make the onboarding process as effortless and efficient as possible, Navigate Stays has streamlined each step from your initial decision to work with us through the final preparations for your first guests. Upon partnering, we swiftly schedule professional photography to showcase your property in its best light and assign a dedicated support representative to guide you every step of the way. To gather essential information about your property, we provide a comprehensive questionnaire, ensuring nothing is overlooked. Our goal is to make this transition smooth and worry-free for you, ensuring your property is ready to impress and generate revenue as quickly as possible.

    Navigate Stays leverages over 8 years of experience in managing rental properties to develop efficient systems and processes that minimize operational costs while maximizing property performance. Our expertise allows us to implement cost-saving strategies effectively, which we then pass on as savings to you, the property owner. We believe that the value you receive from our services should not be diminished by high management fees. Therefore, we maintain a cap at 10% of your earnings, which we consider a significant amount but justified by the 5-star value and comprehensive support we provide.
