    Navigate Stays operates on a transparent, all-inclusive pricing model. Our 10% management fee covers the full spectrum of services required to manage your property effectively.

  • What is the contract commitment?

    We have a 90-day commitment term. This means that from the date you notify us the 90-day begins.

Upon partnering, we swiftly schedule professional photography to showcase your property in its best light and assign a dedicated support representative to guide you every step of the way. Our goal is to make this transition smooth and worry-free for you, ensuring your property is ready to impress and generate revenue as quickly as possible.

We believe that the value you receive from our services should not be diminished by high management fees. Therefore, we maintain a cap at 10% of your earnings, which we consider a significant amount but justified by the 5-star value and comprehensive support we provide.
